Gavin’s best-known relationship was with Larsen Thompson, an American actress, and a TikToker. They started dating in 2016 through Instagram.

You guys would be so cute together.’ So, I went onto her photos and saw a picture of Gavin, so I liked it, he saw my like and came onto my Instagram, and he slid into my DMs.”

Fans started to speculate about the said split up when they both started not to appear on each other’s social media since June of that year. Supporting the LGBTQ Community
Gavin Casalegno never publicly confirmed his sexuality to the public, but he was known to have a six-year relationship with Larsen Thompson which unfortunately ended last August 2022.
Speculations about his sexuality seems to have started when Casalegno took the role of Jeremiah in the series “The Summer I Turned Pretty” who was a bisexual. Although he hasn’t addressed his real sexual preference, he’s more likely straight.
He is also a vocal supporter of the LGBTQ community. He told Seventeen that he appreciates the effort on the show in improving diversity, showing his utmost support for the LGBTQ community.
