Born on July 22, 1998, as Larri Merritt, Larray is a 24-year-old American YouTuber and social media influencer. He is part of a TikTok content creation collective, The Hype House. They are basically a group of young influencers and content creators who live in a mansion together to allow them to make videos easily.

Known for his comedic videos, the social media personality first gained prominence on the now defunct 6-second video app, Vine. Fans love him for his high-energy and goofy personality. Aside from sharing daily vlogs, comedy videos, as well as gaming videos on YouTube, he also shares viral trends and collaborations with fellow creators on TikTok.
Larray also dipped his toes into music by releasing a number of songs. One of his most popular tracks is “Canceled”, which was released in 2020. It’s basically a diss track directed at a bunch of TikTokers and YouTubers who had been canceled on the internet. His top three songs “First Place,” “Last Place,” and “Canceled” together spent 42 weeks on Billboard’s Comedy Digital Tracks chart before its abolishment in January 2020. Before that, Larray was nominated in the Breakout Creator category at the 9th Streamy Awards in December 2019.

The social media personality received a huge backlash from fans because of that tweet. Numerous Twitter users want him to get “canceled”, some even demand that he leave The Hype House. Some even told him to “get the note app ready” — pertaining to TikToker’s favorite mode of making online apologies.

Who is He Dating?
Despite his claim that he was just using being gay as clout, Larray actually had a few same-sex relationships in the past. Most of whom he dated were also in the same industry.
Larray dated YouTuber Brady Potter, who is also part of The Hybe House, from 2019 to 2021. It is probably his most notable relationship.
They met in 2019 and started dating in April of that year. The couple had been pretty open about their relationship. They post photos together on their social media accounts and do collabs for each other’s YouTube and TikTok accounts. They also lived together.
However, sometime in 2020, there were reports about them going through a rough patch and Brady moving out of their shared apartment. The rumors about their breakup were confirmed when Larray unfollowed Brady on all their social media accounts sometime in 2021. He also confirmed the breakup on Twitter, asking fans not to blame Brady for the split up as it was a mutual decision.
Larray also tweeted “Broken,” along with a broken heart emoji. Fans were quick to assume that he was pertaining to their breakup — which he denied, saying that it was about his missing cat.
Following the breakup, Larray started to create more videos with another social media influencer, Bretman Rock. There were even some rumors romantically linking the two. However, there is no truth in those rumors, as the two were just good friends.
Larray was also linked to another influencer, James Charles, when he appeared on the latter’s YouTube channel to promote his merchandise — around the same time Brady was rumored to have moved out of their shared apartment. His most recent relationship with Brady Potter lasted for over two years and the two even live in the same apartment together. Yes, he shared about having a girlfriend before, but he said that “it wasn’t a very good experience” for him, so it was unlikely that he was bisexual.
